The product does not affect your erection, and it does not cause arousal. It works by improving blood flow to your penis, which can help you achieve and maintain an erection."
She adds: "If you're treating erectile dysfunction, you'll need to take a little more time to get used to the effects of the gel. It may take you between five and ten years to find the effect it helped. It can work for up to ten minutes at a time, and you might need to take it one hour before you want to have sex."
The product is available for "one to one", where one can take the drug with or without food, but not both, before sex. The first dose will be available in the states in which the product was launched.
